Reaction to Elefante

i. Summary

  

   I choose and summarize and react to short film, Elefante in 2012 and written directed and edited by Pblo Larcuen. In this film, one day, a man of face becomes the elephant. He hates his face.

1. Main charactor

    He has wife, daughter, and son. Love of wife to her husband cools down. His daughter doesn't like him. His son likes him.

 

2. Denouement

    At first, only his face was elephant. But in long time, he become elephant not only face but also his body. So, he lives in the zoo.

 

3. Message

    Everyone except his son discriminated against him by appearence. In this film, the gentleness of the son is drawn.

 

4. General opinion

    I think this film appeals that the discrimination is prohibited. Only his son likes him. He has gentle heart. Even if he get old, he loves his father. I think it is wonderful.

Reaction to Love Sick

 

i.Summary

 

  I choose and summarize and react to short film, Love Sick in 2011 and written, directed and edited by Kevin Mark Lacy. In this film, a man is rejected by some women. But, he is in love with various people without being depressed.

 

ii Reaction

 

1.Main characters

   There are a young man and some women. He is funny and positive. As for her, he is the first meeting.

 

2.Mood

   I think this story has laughter elements. Rejecting by women is sad but this movie is fun.

 

3.Message

   This man is always love. But he looks at only the appearance of the women. He is "love sick"so that a title has it.

iii General Opinion

    I think　he is hard　because he is always loving someone.　But he never giving up loving women.　Common people are usually disappointed when they are rejected.　I think he is love sick,　so he doesn't be depressed.

Rapunzel from Grimm's Fairytales

i Summary

  There was a couple.They didn't have child,but one day she become pregnant.

  She asked her husband to catch rapunzel.But they were in garden of a witch.

  When husband caught them,a witch saw him and she is very angry.A witch want child,

  so,husband had to give her child.

   Raounzel,her children,her parents,a prince and witch



2.Appeal

   This appeal of sotry is Rapunzel and a prince could meet again.And he lost his eyesight once,

   but tear of Rapunzel could cure his eyes.

3.Denouement

   After 7years, Rapunzel and a prince meet again.They and their children were living

   happily with thier childeren.

4.General opinion

   I think this story is wonderful,because they could meet again and live happily with

   thier children.Also,tear of Rapunzel cured his eyesight.I can understand how he

   loves her.

  This story is written about important thing for life.We have to set our prioritis in life.
  If we don't do that,we can't be happy.

   A philosophy professor take classes in front of students.He want to teach them importnt of life.

2.Point of view
   Professor doesen't say important of life directly.He usues thing.It is more persuasiveness to think
   about life.

ii General reaction
   I thought about life after reading this story.This story is very nice.I know vriety of think in life.
   I think it is important to think about life.

  Father worked very hard to provide his family with the best money could buy.
  He couldn't spend much time with thier family.So, he was going to devote more time
  with their family.But unfortunately,he didn't wake up next day.

   Hard woking father and his family.

   Father worked very hard for thier family.He wanted to please thier family.
   Also he tried to spend with their family.

   This story consists of five paragragh.

4.Jeneral opinion
   I think rest is important for human.This father was a  nice person.But he should have rest.

   He worked very hard for his family.That is wonderful.

  This poem is written that  sad of parting from her boyfriend.This porm is very sad and painful and I think this is lyric poetry.

   "Remenmer" is used many times.

2.Connnotation
  Better by far you should forget you should forget and smile Than that you should remember  be sad.
  I think she hope he smiles.

  Woman and man.They were lovers,but they broke up reluctantly.

4.General Opinion
   "Remember" is used many times.So,I think she had loved him forever.Words of the head of lines
   are capital letters.

 I.Summary
  This poem is about a man who loves  his dear girlfreind forever. Even if a difficult thing breaks out, he continues loving her.

1. Metaphor
Burns uses the metaphor a rose as a symbol of love. This metaphor is very appealing, and it gives us a strong sense of the author's powerful emotion.

2. Imagery
This poem are used much imagery. Readers can know how much he loves her by the imagery. For example, Till a' the seas gang dry,my dear, And the rocks melt wi' the sun.

3.Connotation

4.General Opinion
When I read this poem,I felt strong love.Even though it hapens trials for him, he continues on love her.This poem is wonderful!
